I don't claim to have arrived, and while I will share many tips on what helped me, each person's journey is different. Please don't rush out and buy every supplement and dvd I mention or try to do everything exactly the same. It might not be the best for YOU! I share my journey and what has helped me to help you narrow your focus. There is SO much out there about hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue and anemia that you could spend precious energy chasing them all—and still not get well. The biggest thing I want you to remember as you read this is—take what is helpful and don't feel guilty about not trying what doesn't click for you.
